Handguns and ammunition purchases require you to be 21 years old. Long gun purchases require you to be at least 18 years old.

It is your responsibility to comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding firearm transfer and ownership, and to the laws applying to the possession of ammunition.

All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer. It is your responsibility to choose a dealer in your area and let the dealer know that you will have a firearm shipped there from us. The dealer may charge a transfer fee. When you pick up the firearm you will be required to show valid identification.

No refunds, are allowed after shipping and special orders require a $75.00 restock fee.

BP Small Arms was a concept for 3 years. After 20 years of active military service, I've decided to pursue my passion for building, customizing and outfitting AR-15 style rifles and pistols for personal use. After researching and doing numerous AR-15 builds for my personal and recreational use, I've decided to put that concept in motion and started a second career. BP Small Arms take pride and pay attention to detail to every weapon that I build to ensure a reliable functioning weapon that not only looks good but functions flawlessly.
Shooting is also a passion of mine so if you are in the Phenix City, or the Columbus Georgia area and would like a beginners level instruction on weapon safety, weapon and optic zeroing or just want to familiarize yourself and or family on weapons, just email me.
PURCHASING FIREARMS FROM BP SMALL ARMS
It is the customer’s responsibility to be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws regarding the purchase and ownership of firearms. BP Small Arms follows all Federal, State and Local laws concerning the sale and transfer of all firearms.
Customers are required to set up an account to purchase from BP Small Arms. During this process you must agree to the following statements:
